When Will I Get My Order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill an order, after which, it's shipped out. Shipping time may vary depending on your location!
COVID-19: Our fulfillment time may be longer than usual. We may see delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the industry is facing challenges. Thank you for your patience!
Where Will My Order Ship From?
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company that ships out of the U.S.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What Should I Do?
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your order please do the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
If the shipping address was correct and your local post office does not have your package, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will check the status of your order!
How Are Your Products Made?
Our products are prepared at a print-on-demand drop shipping company!
How Do I Track My Order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
The Product I Ordered is Wrong/Damaged:
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order! After analyzing your order, we may send you a replacement!
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Since we use a drop-shipping company to prepare and ship your product, we DO NOT accept any returns on products!
Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details about your order. After looking over your order, we will send you a replacement!
